Garments Buyers portal reserves the right to cancel the received order, or delay the order because of insufficient quantity, national holidays, force-majeure events (Like Floods, Earthquakes, Political Instability, Strikes and etc.)
In case any customer or 2nd party cancels an order, 100% refund will be paid to the customer.
The order booked by customer for the purchase of any our product/service may be cancelled by the customer for refund. Please note that without giving services we’ll not charge money. The Money will be transferred back to the buyer’s credit/debit card.
In case of cancellation of purchase of any our product/services, the amount once received by Garments Buyers portal will be adjusted against next transaction only.
Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are for your own risk and account and you shall not be entitled to any refund of any prepaid amount.
Garments Buyers portal will not be liable to customer or to any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused from out of the information derived by you through your usage of this site.
In no event shall Garments Buyers portal be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of information provided on the website in so far as such information is derived from other service providers.
DEVIATION, CHANGE, REVIEWING, ADJUSTMENTS OR MODIFICATION OF ORDER.
Our portal always support or accept changes, modifications and cancellation to online bookings once they’re made.
